Composition Control Basic Workflow
Sample Walk Through
In this quick how-to, we will focus on using Composition Control to create images of a person in a specific pose. It should be noted that the Character and Pose modes have much better results when referencing realistic images of people. Composition Control is powerful, although users should expect a short exploratory phase as they get to know the different modes.
Step 1
Select a generator that best fits the style you are looking for.

Step 2
Import a reference image of the posed person. Be sure to pick a realistic image of a person for the best results.

Step 3
Adjust the aspect ratio of the image to closely match the resolution of the reference image by clicking on "Adjust Aspect Ratio" and "Remove Background" to make the pose more visible.

Step 4
Add a prompt that describes the action or pose of your desired output.

Step 5
Select the Pose mode in Composition Control to use only the influence of the character's pose without being affected by colors or shapes.

Step 6
Click on "Generate Images" to create a series of custom images based on your input.

Step 7
Save or download the generated images to your computer.
