Prompt Expressions



You can add or decrease the 'weight' of your individual prompts by using our prompt expressions

The weight of the prompt is how strongly the neural network applies that specific prompt when generating the image output.

You can append a word or phrase with + or - expressions



Adding + will increase the 'weight' and adding - will decrease the 'weight'.

Double Click on the prompt square you want to weight (do not click the x):


Edit a prompt by double clicking on it

Add + or - expressions and then press ENTER on your keyboard or click the return symbol:


There is no limit to how many + or - expressions you can use and adding more symbols increases the weight

Add the desired expressions

Generate Images


The resulting output has a higher weight for 'lake'

You can use a number to assign an exact weight to a word or phrase



A weight between 0 and 1.0 reduces the importance of a prompt.

To add this to your prompt, enclose the prompt in parenthesis and add the desired value after the closed parenthesis without a space in between:

The resulting output has a lower weight for 'a crystal'

A weight between 1.0 and 2 increases the importance of a prompt.

To add this to your prompt, enclose the prompt in parenthesis and add the desired value after the closed parenthesis without a space in between:

You can assign weight to multiple words within a prompt by enclosing those words in parenthesis



Double click on the prompt to add expressions

The resulting output has a higher weight for 'Isometric 3d'

+ is essentially a weight of 1.1
- is essentially a weight of 0.9
