What Is Topaz Video Upscale?

Topaz Video Upscale is a post-processing video-to-video model integrated into Scenario, accessible from any video page or via the “Enhance“ menu. Its capabilities include:

Upscaling resolution to 720p, 1080p, or 4K
Increasing playback smoothness up to 60 frames per second
Reducing artifacts like warping, jittering, and blur
Sharpening edges, textures, and facial features—without altering your original art style

Tip: Use Topaz as a final step to boost video quality—especially for clips generated at lower resolutions with AI video models in Scenario (e.g., 540p or 720p on Luma Ray, PixVerse or Kling)

How to Access Video Upscale

You can launch the Video Upscale feature in different ways:

From any video page, click the “Enhance“ option in the top toolbar.
