Hi, how can we help you today?

Tags

Tags in Scenario provide a powerful way to organize your content, making images and models easily searchable as your library grows. This guide walks you through the tagging process with practical applications to enhance your workflow.

How to Tag Images

When working with individual images, open the image you want to tag and locate the tag section in the info panel on the right. Simply type your tag (using dashes instead of spaces) and press Enter to add it to the image.

To tag multiple images, select several images by clicking on each one you want to include or using Shift+Click to select a range. Then look for the tag option in the bottom right corner and enter your tag(s) to apply them to all selected images simultaneously.

Tagging also applies to all the content generated on Scenario (images, textures, skyboxes, canvas, video or 3D).

How to Tag Models

The process is also similar for models: simply navigate to the model page and you'll find the tag panel in the Overview (or Details) tab. Enter your tag(s) and press Enter to confirm. When you need to tag multiple models, select several in the model gallery, click the tag option at the bottom of the screen, and add tags to apply to all selected models at once.

Practical Applications

As your Scenario library grows to hundreds or thousands of assets, tags become an essential tool for efficient management. When you need to find specific content, simply type a tag name in the search field for instant results without scrolling through endless galleries.

In multi-user workspaces, tags also create a shared language for assets that can enhance team collaboration. When everyone uses consistent tags, all team members can quickly locate and work with the same resources. This becomes especially valuable when revisiting projects months later, when finding specific assets would otherwise be challenging.

Tags can be used in the Scenario Search (Ctrl/Cmd+F). You can search for a tag directly, or search for another term and retrieve the images marked with a specific tag in the results. Simply click on "Filters" and display the tags drop-down menu.

With thoughtful tagging, you'll transform how you organize and access creative assets in Scenario. Rather than hunting for perfect reference images or trying to remember which model had the style you needed, everything can be at your fingertips through a well-implemented tagging system.
