Q: What is Scenario and what does it do?
Scenario is an AI platform for generating consistent, high‑quality assets across 2D images, video, and 3D. You can train custom models on your datasets, generate with precision controls, and edit results — all in one workspace.

Q: What use cases can I achieve with Scenario?
Scenario can be applied across a wide range of creative and production needs. This includes game assets (characters, props, environments, UI), marketing visuals, concept art, pre-visualization and storyboards, cinematic clips, product design mockups, textures and skyboxes, architectural and industrial design renders, as well as image-to-3D meshes for games, AR/VR experiences, simulations, and rapid prototyping.

Q: Who uses Scenario?
Literally any creative team that needs consistent visuals for any use case. While Scenario initially started with a focus on gaming customers, the current user base spans across entertainment, media, marketing, design, and more. Teams at Scopely, Tripledot Studios, Metacore, Unity, InnoGames, Ubisoft, Age of Learning, Superside, Alan and many others rely on Scenario for consistent, on-brand outputs at scale.

Q: What are the key features?
Scenario offers a comprehensive range of features and tools to cover all your needs. These include custom model training (Style & Character), generation capabilities (image/video/3D generation, as well as textures or skyboxes), and a rich suite of AI-powered editing tools (Edit with Prompts, Inpaint/Outpaint, Enhance, Restyle, and more). Additionally, Scenario allows you to manage data and users at scale with features like Projects, Collections, Tags, Search, and Explore reuse. Everything is supported by a comprehensive API.

Getting Started

Q: How do I get started?
Create an account, open Image Generation, pick a model (yours or a public one), write a prompt, add references if needed, and generate. For guided help, ask the in‑app Scenario Bot.

Q: Can I build a full video game in Scenario?
Scenario creates assets. You’ll still use a game engine (e.g., Unity/Unreal) to build and ship your game

Q: What platforms or devices does Scenario.com support?
Scenario can be accessed via our Web-Platform, or via our API.

Pricing & Plans

Q: What are the pricing options and is there a free trial for Scenario.com?
Scenario has a limited offer free plan with 50 daily credits. All other tiers are paid, with pricing as follows: Pro at $36/mo, and Team at $120/mo (all with 20% discount). An Enterprise option is available with custom pricing. More info in our dedicated article.

Q: Do Compute Units (CUs) roll over?
No. CUs renew monthly and don’t roll over. You can purchase more anytime; purchased add‑on CUs are typically valid for 90 days to one year.

Q: Can I share my seat with someone else?
No. Seats are personal and may not be shared. Seat sharing violates our Terms & Conditions and can lead to suspension or permanent account closure. Please don’t do this — give each teammate their own seat.

Q: How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan by going to the Plans section of your organization settings. More info in our dedicated article.

Q: How do I get access to my invoices?
You can access your Invoices and manage your payment methods by going to Manage Organization > Plan tab. More info on our dedicated article.

Q: Are my data saved if I cancel my plan?
With the Starter plan, data is saved for 30 days before being staged for deletion. Your data will so be staged for deletion after 30 days in the Starter plan.

Q: What are Concurrent Generations?
If your plan includes X concurrency, you can run X jobs at the same time. New jobs queue until one finishes.

Models & Training

Q: What is a model in Scenario?
A model is the core AI engine that generates your assets. It can be custom-trained on your own art or reference materials, uploaded from your files, or selected from Scenario’s library of foundation models created by leading model makers such as Flux, GPT, Seedance, and others. Models define the style, subject matter, and capabilities of your outputs, giving you control over creative direction and consistency.

Q: Can I train my own model (characters, styles, objects)?
Yes. Typical datasets are 10–30 images for styles and 5–15 for characters/objects at 1024×1024. Train, test with references, and iterate. Training usually takes ~30 minutes to a few hours depending on images and settings.

Q: Can I merge, copy, or retrain models?
Yes — copy and adjust datasets/params, then retrain. Use Multi‑LoRA to combine styles/subjects.

Q: Can I export my LoRA model?
Yes — export from the model page (see the Manage Models article).

Q: Are custom models private? Can deleted models be recovered?
Models are private to your org by default. If a model was deleted recently, contact [email protected]; recovery may be possible within the staging window.

Asset Generation

Q: Can I use Scenario for 3D assets?
Yes. Generate high‑resolution meshes with PBR textures from one or several images. Scenario supports a dozen+ 3D models, including Rodin, Tripo, Hunyuan, PartCrafter, and more, with export and a built‑in 3D Viewer.

Q: Can I create videos in Scenario?
Yes. You can generate videos from text prompts or reference images, use start and end frames for controlled sequences, enable loop mode for seamless playback, and apply Video Upscale for final delivery quality. Scenario integrates top-tier video models across 10+ families—including Veo, Kling, Seedance, Luma, Pixverse, Minimax, Hailuo, Wan, and Runway—offering a broad range of creative possibilitie

Q: What about Image editing?
Use Retouch (inpainting) to fix details, Expand (outpainting) to extend scenes, Edit with Prompts for precise changes made from natural language instruction, Enhance for style‑preserving upscales, plus Remove Background, Restyle, Vectorize, Pixelate.

Q: How do I write good prompts?
Crafting effective prompts starts with clarity—be specific about the subject, style, and details you want. Use Prompt Spark (Scenario’s prompting assistant) to generate, refine, or translate prompts that align with your creative goals. Incorporate descriptive keywords and context to guide the AI, and use negative prompts (when available) to remove unwanted elements.

Commercial Use, Ethics & Security

Q: Can I use Scenario outputs commercially?
Yes. All generations from Scenario’s public foundation models, platformer modes, and tools are cleared for commercial use. If you train your own custom models, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have full rights to the training data you upload. This means verifying that your datasets are either your original creations, licensed for commercial use, or in the public domain. The resulting outputs from your custom models are yours to use commercially, provided they comply with applicable laws and our Terms & Conditions.

Q: I was just training custom models and I saw that the tooltip of Flux says it "includes commercial rights", does that mean SDXL models do not?
They do, but SDXL was released under a permissive open-source license with commercial use rights. Flux was released under an open-source license, without commercial use rights. We reached out to Black Forest Labs to get a commercial Flux license (where we handle the fees for the users). Many websites out there propose Flux Dev but don’t necessarily offer commercial use rights

Q: How does Scenario address Ethical AI?
We ensure that all models on our platform are trained solely on data that we own. For base models, we offer access to SDXL, Flux, and Bria. When selecting a model, customers are fully informed about which base model is being used. We hold a commercial license for the Bria model family, currently available to select users, with pricing details to be finalized.

Q: How does Scenario protect against misuse or exploitation of its services?
Our Terms and Conditions outline that customers are solely responsible for the use of generated assets, with specific guidelines detailed in the "Usage Restrictions" section. By default, all custom models are set to private to enhance security. Additionally, we have successfully passed penetration testing.

Q: How secure is Scenario for teams?
Enterprise‑grade security with SOC2, SSO, role‑based permissions, audit logs, and optional dedicated infrastructure. Details: trust.scenario.com.
